Ichabod Jones: Monster Hunter is a semi-cooperative card game that... Wait, do you hear that voice...? Never mind, it's totally cooperative. You're fighting against monsters together, building up epic attacks by playing matching... Oh come on, what's going on here? It's the monsterfighting game with a voice in your head - that goes from full coop to totally competitive in 20 minutes!
The game plays with up to 8 players in the Monster Hunter Party edition, but there's also a two player mode and even a solo mode available.
Ichabod Jones: Monster Hunter isn't complicated at all, but it has more tactical depth than you might think. The game captures the feeling of reading the Ichabod Jones comic book quite well: You're never really sure what is happening. Get in on the fun and try the game starting at only 17€ with the Monster Hunter Pledge.
There's a problem with most semi-coop games out there: They don't really work.
With Ichabod Jones: Monster Hunter, it's different. In the beginning your best bet is to always cooperate. About half way through the game,your own agenda becomes clear. Kill those monsters! But... maybe not all of them? Not cooperating at all is a bad idea though, because a player might start collecting voice cards and turn into a traitor! The game really captures the feeling of the Ichabod comic books.

Plus, if you look at the cards in the right order, you might discover little stories from the comic books. We tried to make them as spoiler-free as possible, since after playing the game you might want to get the comic books and experience the whole thing, but it's enough to make you smile from time to time while playing the game.
There is so much love and thought put into this game that it made me choke when I saw it. I love this so much and hope you do, too. If you love Ichabod, you'll love this, too.

Will she be able to wake up? Can she survive? That is the genesis of the Obsidian Spindle Saga (TOSS), and the first book The Sleeping Beauty.
This is my most ambitious project ever, and represents the last five years of my creative effort. Every moment I wasn't working on The Godsverse Chronicles or Ichabod Jones was spent inside this universe.

Hi!
Wanted to let you know that the fourth and final Ichabod Jones: Monster Hunter campaign is about to come to an end.
If you haven't checked out the last campaign, then it's the conclusion of the seminal comic story of my career.
More than anything, in the last volume we see that Ichabod is a deconstruction of the chosen one narrative that supposes what would happen if a mental patient who society luffs off is actually the savior he claims to be, and who made horrible decisions to murder "demons" in order to save the world.
Having been wrong once, convicted of murder, and interred in an asylum as a monster, what then happens when he wakes up in the Apocalypse and must decide whether he's truly in the end of times, dreaming, or hallucinating.
If you love my fantasy work, this last volume combines all my best fantasy work with elements of horror and psychological mindfuckery. If you love Lovecraft's Dreamlands, then you'll dig this book.
